PS發泡鏡框型材擠出生產線

PS發泡型材與板材擠出生產線有著緊湊的結構，良好的塑化，高的產量，長的使用壽命和其他優點.這條生產線使用一臺HLS65單螺桿擠出機或一臺JWS100單螺桿擠出機，該擠出機配備有變頻器，進口的電器部件和PT100鉑電阻，這些部件可以實現較大范圍的調節和精確的溫度控制。

輔機部份是由特殊結構的模具設計，冷卻水槽和燙印機組等組成，可生產不同顏色和形狀的PS制品。穩定的牽引機和切割機保證制品尺寸的精確性。

PS foamed picture frame extrusion line

PS foamed profile & plate extrusion line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages. This line uses a HLS65 single screw extruder or a HLS100 single screw extruder which is equipped with the inverter, imported electronic components and PT100 platinum resistance for a wide adjusting range and precise temperature control. The down stream equipment is composed by special designed dies, water tank, thermo printer and etc for producing different color and different types of PS products. The stable haul off unit and cutter guarantee the precision of production.
