銅基噴焊合金粉末 Copper-base sprayed welding alloy powder
銅基噴焊合金,是在銅基體中加入B、Si、Ni、Mn、Al、Fe、P等合金元素制成的,具有良好的導熱,導電性和耐蝕性,摩擦系數低,耐粘著摩擦磨損性能優良,易切削,光潔度高。但由于應用面不寬所以銅基粉末品種比較少,下面介紹我公司生產的銅合金粉,建議用戶在使用前應在120℃保溫兩小時低溫爐內烘烤后使用為宜。
Copper-base sprayed welding alloy is produced by adding B, Si, Ni, Mn, Al, Fe and P into the copper base, which has sound heat conduction or electricity conduction performance, being antirust, with low frictional coefficient and sound adhesive friction wear resistance, easy for cutting and being smooth. For the limited applications, the copper-base alloy powder has comparatively fewer types. The following copper-base alloy powder should be dried in the low-temperature stove under 120℃ for two hours before useing.
