用途:
1.用于PA6、PA66增韌等。提高尼龍的抗沖擊性,耐寒性,成型加工性,降低吸水率。
2.用于尼龍與聚丙烯、聚乙烯共混合金的相容劑。
3.用于礦物和玻璃纖維填充的尼龍的大分子改性劑(偶聯(lián)劑)。

建議用量:可根據(jù)韌性要求,兼顧成本,適量增減(5-25%)。PA6、PA66增強(qiáng)增韌3-5%,尼龍與聚丙烯、聚乙烯共混合金的相容劑5%。
包裝及儲運(yùn):20Kg牛皮紙袋內(nèi)襯塑料袋裝,按非危險(xiǎn)品,在干燥條件下儲運(yùn),避日光、雨淋。

Usage:
1.Used as toughness of PA6 (and PA66), reinforcing & toughening, fire-retardance & toughening, reinforcing & fire retardance toughening etc. Improving impact strength, cold resistance and lowing water absorption of nylon.
2. Used as compatibilizer in blending alloy of PA and PP、PE.
3. Used as big molecular modified agent (coupling agent) of nylon which filling with mineral and GF.

Suggestion dosage: According to toughness requested, looking after both side and the cost, increasing or decreasing properly (5-25%). Toughening and strengthening PA6(and PA66) need 3-5%.
The compatibilizer of nylon and PP、PE blending alloy need 5%.
Packing, storage and transportation:Packed in 20Kg cow parchment takes with plastic takes inside. Not dangerous goods. Store and transport it at dry circumstance. Avoid sunlight and rain.
